The first time we walked past Venus Tears, we fell in love with the beautiful and unique rings that the store has to offer. Eventually, we bought the engagement ring as well as the wedding bands from them. We were served by Chiin for both our purchases and she was really exceptional in her service. Chiin was very patient and guided us professionally in our ring selection process. She would give recommendations that suit our personal preferences and our budget. Also, Chiin would always go the extra mile to ensure that our needs are all fulfilled. Overall, our experience with Venus Tears and with Chiin is a very pleasant one.
