We got my beautiful wedding ring at Venus Tears Tampines 1, and we were wonderfully served by Chiin. We came, knowing what we want already - weren't really surveying, and as the display piece was in silver, Chiin sent us a digital image of the ring in rose gold. We just collected the ring yesterday and it's gorgeous up close. She was always ready to answer our queries, keep us regularly updated and had excellent product knowledge. We were well informed on the duration and steps of the whole process. We also got a gorgeous free ring box and a cat jewelry holder which she kept aside for us from day one.
