Before we dive right in, what is a two-tone ring? Two-tone by definition meant having to different shades or colours. For jewellery, Two-tone means having two different material —or same material— of different colour merging into one.

Two-tone Ring doesn’t just come in one form—especially in Venus Tears—we carry different variety of design to better cater to our customers. The different variety of two-tone we have: Layering, blending, divided, borders etc. But it does not affect the durability of the ring at all.

Does it symbolize anything?

It could, but it doesn’t have to be. All the brands in Venus Tears have their own brand stories to tell hence two-tone option could serve as an icing on the cake. Two-tone ring could use to symbolize one’s uniqueness as well since it’s not as commonly seen.

How does it affect the overall outlook?

Taking colours into consideration, two-tone ring could look more vintage comparing to one-tone ring due associations that modern equals to using minimal colour. However, more importantly, does it suit your taste? Colours could be used to accentuate diamond’s whiteness —or yellowness, whichever you prefer— or your skin colour.

If you like something simpler…

Two-tone detail certainly doesn’t have to take up a big part of the ring!
