Finally!! You are done with the wedding preparations. All that’s left now is anticipating the wedding day to arrive and leaving for your honeymoon soon after!

But wait!

Where should you go for your Honeymoon?

Are you looking to escape the heat and city life of Singapore to somewhere cool and relaxing? How about booking a flight from Singapore to visit the most romantic continent on Earth – Europe?

Explore historic old towns in Germany, shop to your heart’s content in the fashion capital of the world, or ski down the slopes of Zermatt in Switzerland. Europe is filled with surprises at every turn.

Imagine having a cup of Cappuccino/Americano in a quaint little café looking out to the Eiffel Tower in the distance or standing on top of Europe at Jungfraujoch, Switzerland (The Toblerone Mountain). Whether you are an adventure junkie or a history lover, Europe has everything for you.

You probably only have a week or two for your honeymoon as that’s probably as much leave you can get, we have compiled the ultimate Europe Honeymoon guide for you to maximise your time and money!

Best Time to Visit Europe

So, when’s the best time to visit Europe? Most websites on the internet would tell you it’s the peak season from June to August when the weather is warm/hot and the days are long. However, it is also the most popular time for travellers to visit Europe and the price for accommodation will skyrocket during this period.

On the other hand, we have the low season from November to April when the weather is cold, so other than ski destinations, prices for accommodations are the lowest and tourists are few. Travelling to Europe is great in Winter if you are looking to spend a White Christmas, something that you can never experience in Singapore. The abundance of Christmas Markets and winter illuminations will be an experience you will never forget.

Must Visit Destinations in a 2-Weeks European Honeymoon

If you only have 2-weeks for your honeymoon in Europe, you should try to stick with 2-3 neighbouring countries/cities in Europe so that you can fully explore the area without feeling burned out.

Honeymoon is a time for both of you to relax and enjoy each other’s company as husband and wife, take many pictures and create many unforgettable memories together. The following a list of itineraries that you can follow and hopefully, it will help you get a better idea of how to plan out your perfect Europe Honeymoon.
