First of all, Venus Tears provide cleaning services. It’s difficult to avoid your ring from getting stained when you wear it everyday. Our professionally trained staff will bring back the brilliance you saw at the time of purchase by carefully polishing it up.
Next, we also provide recoating service. Small scratches will be buffed off before the coating process.
Polishing and scratch removal are also provided as our mint finish service.
The process takes a little time to complete but condition of the item will be brought back to the time of purchase.
Lastly, for both male and female, suitable ring size can change over time affected by age and/or living environment. This service is for you to always enjoy the perfect fit. Please note that there are rings which we are not able to do resize.
