Marriage rings are something that needs regular cleaning and care. Gold can easily bend, scratch, or even expand when different weather conditions, daily use and wear during physical exercise. Cleaning service using jewelry solution and ultrasonic machine to shine the diamond and color gem to the sparkle. Gold scratch or too complicated issue will need to send to our professional craftsmen to handle, The processing might take an estimated 2 weeks.

Finishing And Recoating Service

All our marriage ring is made to order which some design will have mirror surface or matt coating surface finishing. Matt finishing will also be entitled to complimentary after service, after some time matt finishing will go off you may bring to any VENUS TEARS stores and we will send to the workshop, after polish it will be back to the original look just like the brand new one.

Resizing Services

If you choose your engagement ring but not sure her ring size or after collection her ring size is not fit to her finger size. VENUS TEARS offer two complimentary resize service. You are required to present after service resize card to any of our stores our sales advisor will be happy to assist you.
