At Venus Tears, our Bridal Collection which includes both Engagement Rings and Wedding Bands, are custom-made.

This means that your ring is only made when you place an order! A ring that is made-to-measure, and customized to your liking.

For our Engagement Rings, you may first decide on a setting (design), and then pick a diamond carat & grading of your preference! Further customization will be available depending on which collection it belongs to, such as adding more melee diamonds, or changing the melee diamonds to other gemstones!

Azalea_0.3 — Original Amour Amulet AAE-10 with 0.3ct in Rose Gold and Platinum

Our popular tiara Engagement Ring from Amour Amulet, set with 0.3ct and white melee diamonds. This is the ring that you will be able to see and try on at all our Bridal Outlets!

If you prefer larger diamond, you may opt for this setting (design) with a 0.4ct diamond instead, or 0.5ct!

Azalea_0.4_RG_PS — Customized with 0.4ct and 2 Pink Diamonds

Further customize your ring by changing the melee diamonds! You can change it to Pink Diamonds, Blue Diamonds, Black Diamonds, and many other precious gems!

Rings with engravings inside or outside used to be known as Poesie rings. Sometimes spelled “Posy “, or “Posie“, these are rings with short inscriptions and they were the most common type of ring in use since the Middle Ages. They take their name from the word ‘Poesy’ which is derived from the old French word poesie, meaning ‘The art or composition of poetry’.

Poesie rings date as early as classical times, when they were considered magical, having the power when worn to enforce the poesy engraved on them.

During the 16th century in England and France, wedding rings are often inscribed with a sentiment of love, faith and hope. They are also used as a lover’s token or as a means of showing fond regard, representing the deep intimate feelings of the giver.

Every ring from our Bridal Collection comes with free engraving. Lets take a look at some engravings we have done over the years, and maybe you can think of something meaningful to engrave for yours!

Depending on the collection your ring is from, you may choose your engraving in a variety of font, out of which cursive is the most popular choice!

As our rings are all made in Japan, you may also engrave in Japanese.

*Note: The amount of characters that can be engraved is highly dependent on your ring size! The smaller it is, the lesser space there is for the engraving!

Platinum is a preferred material nowadays, because it is more durable than White Gold, and the most important aspect is that because it is Silver in color by nature, you won’t have to worry about it tarnishing or turning yellow!
