1) Free Cleaning
Rings are worn on our hands, which are the most used part of our body as we use them to hold things, open doors, etc. This also means that dirt would accumulate much easier on our rings. Dust and grime settle on our rings, and diamonds. The grime covering our diamonds makes it look blurry and doesn’t shine as brightly. Many people may have the misconception that diamonds lose their shine through wear and tear. However, diamonds are the hardest substance and can’t be scratched by anything else, so more often than not, it’s actually due to a layer of grime that has settled on your diamond and maybe in the gap between the claws and diamonds.
For our cleaning services, you may bring your ring to any of our Venus Tears outlets. We will place your ring into an ultrasonic cleaner that uses ultrasounds to perform a deep cleaning, leaving your diamonds as sparkly as when you first got them.

2) Free Polishing & Re-coating
After a few years, you may find that your rings look worn out with scratches, worry not as Venus Tears provides free polishing and re-coating services for your rings! This leaves your rings spotless and looking brand new.
*Polishing is not recommended too often as it thins your ring, the recommended frequency is once a year or 2 years. Bring your ring to us and let our staff advise you on whether it should be polished!

3) Re-finishing
If the original ring finishing is matt, we offer re-finishing without charges, free of charge.
※Please note we might not be able to accept the request depending on the ring condition/type of ring.

4) Free Resizing
We provide 2 free resizes for each ring, and there’s no deadline for when it is valid. This means that be it 5 or 10 years later, you can still bring your ring back to us for your free resizing!
*Depending on the ring design & collection, we may not be able to perform resizing, so please check with our staff for more details!
