Gold scratch or too complicated issue will need to send to our professional craftsmen to handle, The processing might take an estimated 2 weeks.

Finishing And Recoating Service

All our marriage ring is made to order which some design will have mirror surface or matt coating surface finishing. Matt finishing will also be entitled to complimentary after service, after some time matt finishing will go off you may bring to any VENUS TEARS stores and we will send to the workshop, after polish it will be back to the original look just like the brand new one.

Resizing Services
