锻造婚戒

VENUS TEARS从日本引进超过30个婚戒系列。今天为大家介绍的KATAMU婚戒，是一款在日本使用特殊的锻造制作工艺方法所制作而成的婚戒，也是VENUS TEARS众多热门婚戒中，使用此锻造制作工艺的系列之一。

KATAMU的意思是，“爱是将两者联系在一起的纽带”，它们在日语中确实有另一个含义“使事物变得强大而坚硬”。

所谓的锻造制作工艺是指利用贵金属的塑性变形能力，在一定的高温下对金属通过敲打，挤压，锤炼等物理方法，对贵金属施加强烈的压力使其形状发生变化的制作工艺。直白地说法就是，就像揉面团一样，施加强大的压力除去金属内的气泡，使材料的金属通过冲压、延伸，成型。这样制作出的戒指，强度及舒适感会进一步增加，最后成为光滑，极具重量和美感的婚戒。

锻造的优点是改变金属结构的密度使贵金属表现出卓越的强度。在敲打的过程中消除贵金属内的气泡，从而使得金属表面更流畅，也更坚固耐用。

虽然戒指款式看上去并没有什么复杂的花纹雕刻等设计，但要完成一件手工锻造的戒指工序是相当复杂的，也是非常耗费人力的。
所以锻造制作工艺常被用来制作成结婚对戒！款式简单，耐看，即使每天佩戴也比一般铸造工艺制作的戒指更不容易变形，在时间的洗礼中历久弥新，最初工匠注入的这一份执着也随着岁月的沉淀逾显珍贵。
