1. Ultrasonic Cleaning

It’s unavoidable that rings accumulate dirt and grime after wearing for a period of time. Feel free to bring in the rings you’ve purchased from us to any of our outlets for us to clean using our ultrasonic cleaner, making sure it will shine as when you first got them.

2. Polishing & Recoating

Whether 5 years or 10 years down the road, you feel that your ring have a lots of scratches, fear not! Bring it back to us for a free polishing service where it will leave your ring spotless and brand new. However, we do not recommend customers to polish often as it will thin out the ring. You may also seek advice from our friendly staff to recommend the best solution.

Normally it will take 2~3 Weeks time for this service.

3. Resizing

Ring size might change due to age or lifestyle, but we offer 2 times free resizing with no deadline. You are required to present our warranty card to any of our stores and our sales advisor will be happy to assist you.
*Please note that we will not be able to resize some rings due to design restriction
